Fisher-Hamilton provides downloads of their Lab Casework and Fume Hood Libraries in Revit Component Family format (RFA), AutoCAD 3D Blocks and AutoCAD 2D DWG files.

You can download individual cabinets, an entire cabinet series or Hamilton's entire Revit family libraries. Consider using the "ZIPS" folder to bring down the latter.
